Our Story

Valantir AI was founded in 2024 with a bold vision: to build an AI-first company that creates products people actually love to use. We started in a small office in Sharjah, UAE, with nothing but laptops, dreams, and an obsession with artificial intelligence.

Our founders, seasoned entrepreneurs with backgrounds in machine learning, software engineering, and product design, saw a gap in the market. While big tech companies were hoarding AI talent and building products for enterprises, small and medium businesses were left behind. We decided to change that.

Today, we're a growing team of engineers, designers, and dreamers, building a portfolio of AI-powered SaaS products that serve thousands of users worldwide. From competitive intelligence to voice cloning, from web scraping to app building—we're tackling diverse challenges with a unified approach: make AI accessible, useful, and delightful.

The Beginning

Q1 2024

Valantir AI was founded in Sharjah, UAE. Our small team began research and development on our first AI product, laying the groundwork for what would become CompetitorSpy.ai.

First Product Launch

Q2 2024

CompetitorSpy.ai launched to early adopters, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback. Within weeks, we had our first 1,000 users and validated our product-market fit.

Portfolio Expansion

Q3 2024

Launched AICrawler.io and VocalTwin.io, expanding our product portfolio. Secured seed funding from angel investors in the UAE and Singapore.

Scaling Operations

Q4 2024

Grew our team to 15+ members. Launched Buildr.sh and Fnatic.ai. Crossed $1M in annual recurring revenue and began preparing for Series A.

Global Expansion

2025 & Beyond

Opening new markets in Europe and North America. Launching Escrow.fm and additional products. Target of $10M ARR and 100+ team members by end of year.
